great location spacious room delicious food
The hotel location was AMAZING!!! The hotel was right next to the castle. The room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. Breakfast was included and the food was delicious. Tea was hot.
The main building does not have lifts, and the stairs are windy.

convenient location array of options air conditioning clear signage
the location proved convenient (especially considering my travel plans). the room was adequately furnished. the bathroom included toiletries. breakfast offered a wide array of options.
the air conditioning did not function adequately. the provided fan offered only slight relief. i found the absence of readily available parking quite inconvenient. i also noted the absence of clear signage.

poor english excessive prices
the location was good. the room i got was not great. it was small for a double room. the breakfast buffet was lacking. the staff, particularly those of indian origin, seemed disengaged. they spoke poor english and didn't make eye contact. i didn't feel welcome at all. there were excessively high prices and a real lack of service. it was very disappointing

lovely HOTEL
breakfast options helpful staff ironing board
the breakfast options available pleased me. the staff was nice and they helped me with the luggage. The room included an ironing board. The central location ALLOWED easy access to attractions.
the walls seemed THIN. I could hear lots of noise from outside all night. Green exit lights stayed on all night and this was distracting during my sleep.

The room had air-conditioning, which worked effectively and maintained a comfortable temperature. The room was quiet, so sleep was easy. Tea and coffee facilities were good too. A mini fridge was inside the room.

the on-site restaurant had a lovely view. It was nice to drink coffee on the terrace overlooking the river. the buffet breakfast provided a varied selection. Service stood out as caring and helpful.

I appreciated the fantastic location. It was convenient. the room offered a lovely view. breakfast was really good with a great selection. the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room i had was a bit too warm for my liking, even with the window open.

the location is quite convenient, a short walk from key attractions. the breakfast selection included fresh items. the executive double room featured modern amenities, including fast internet. i found the staff responded promptly to my requests.
the in-room climate control system seemed somewhat inconsistent, i had difficulty adjusting it to a comfortable temperature.
